How to get help for replacement? How to to find help for my order? Where should I contact for my order/replaced order/damaged products?
I have no major issues in this. Although I have read reviews about miss placed and wrong products delivered, I am satisfied with snapdeal. I do not always shop online for cloths and electronics but sometimes.

It’s possible for no money back guarantee for specific product, there are always some offers and festival offers are the one where I think people do not take care for terms. It might possible in festival time there are no return policy or money back guarantee. So read if it’s for the product you are purchasing. I never tried to contact them for the issue, only simple post with hashtag that I didn’t get the chosen one but another. It was a cover so I care not for this, but they replied me to send order ID. See below what they sent me.
So, whenever you shop on snapdeal remember to keep order ID, who knows if you will need this. I personally think twitter is the if you have major issue about delivery, miss placed order. Enjoy online shopping.
