DreamHost is known for good work and best hosting provider. Not only popular but winner of PC Mag’s survey twice. So, you can imagine how this company is providing service. No one can guarantee for best service, most famous companies also have issues on cutomer support.
Although PC Mag’s web hosting winner for the year 2014, people are not fully satisfied with their service. DreamHost has no phone support, so people always get stuck. Some suggests to move on if they do not provide phone support. They have forum where you can put issues, it’s not enough I know. You need quick answer and forum post take some times even there are more than 1000000 customers.

There are many more forum posts about customer service. They all agree with upgrades during normal business hours. DreamHost has its own panel may be there is difficult to understand. File management, database management and domain management can be done using this panel. DreamHost doesn’t offer phone support, you can pay small premium on monthly fee to have staff call you.

Most of people say, leave their service who doesn’t provider direct call support. Yeah, people want instant answers whatever the service is. They can not wait, most of them are business man and can not wait to the answer. Why would you waist time if there are other web hosting service providers with high rating.

DreamHost has no phonoe call support, they handle sales and support via e-mail. So, it takes time to get reply. It has forum support and wiki, forum support would help you for all issues you face. Support is provided via e-mail and live chat.
Is it good choice?
